All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable processor's terms of service. We do not store or have access to your full payment card or banking information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Optimized Performance Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. All shipments include discrete packaging.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened products. For damaged or incorrect products, contact us within 7 days at admin@optimizedperformancepeptides.com with photos and your order number.

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optimized Performance Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or purchase of products.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
